prl_convert error with VirtualBox OVA file

Build 9.0.24172

The file works fine with VirtualBox, any ideas why this file is not being recognized by prl_convert? The first cmd below shows the file exists.

Hi tedkahn,

Unfortunately Parallels Desktop doesn't support .ova format directly.
You can try the steps suggested at third party website : http://aspyct.org/blog/2012/08/17/open-ova-files-with-parallels/
