I have a customer running Parallels latest v12 update. She is running Windows 7 Pro and has developed a problem with the printer going offline ONLY on the Windows side after it has been available. If she restarts windows, the printer is back again for awhile. The printer is ALWAYS available and functioning on the Mac side. I currently have the settings configured to isolate the printer from Mac side and installed the latest windows drivers for her printer on the windows side, but the problem persists. I've tried allowing the mac side to share the printer, but it shows up as an HP Laserjet instead of Brother Laser on the mac side and subsequently on the windows side and does not print certain jobs (like envelopes) correctly on the windows side. Mac side seems to work ok for test printing.
