Previous user a few years ago. Installed new version for trial but will not allow 14 day trial.

Title explains most of it. Was a previous user for a few years but cancelled when I moved to Apple M1 becuase the app I was using in windows did not run on Win 11 ARM. Now it does an I want to try it out and if it works become a paying customer again.

When I install and run the latest client it just tells me the license is expired and will not allow the 14 day trial.

Any help will be appreciated.
