PrestaShop and Parallels issue

Hi there
I am Josef and I am a junior web developer on macbook. I am now working on PrestaShop webstore. Window 10, parallel desktop.

I have downloaded PrestaShop extension. I successfully installed it and go through all the settings, but now I see "access denied" error. Seems that I don't have enough permissions.
Any advice, please? I don't know where to start and I really need your help!

Hi @JosefP3 Please try to right click on the application and choose "Run as administrator" and check if it works. Also try to create a new user profile in Windows 10 and check if the issue still persists in that profile.

I am also facing the same issue, Administrator privileges did not work. Do you have any other suggestion?
