Preserving an expensive license with migration to a new drive

I am in need of moving my entire Parallels to a new Mac but I have a piece of windows software that "ties" itself to the hardware of the computer and I'd rather not have to buy an expensive license to do that. This particular vendor has shown an unwillingness to help me.

Is there a way that I can accomplish this without losing the license?

I'm not sure how the emulation works. If the VM remains the same with each copy of Parallels then it should work.

Hello, you can move the whole Parallels Desktop virtual machine to another Mac.
