Presentation Mode should also mute Toolbox 'suggestion' popups

[Paul-MarcelS]

When in Presentation Mode, you disable notifications, which is fantastic when presenting. But yesterday, I looked up to see "hey! do you want to know how to clear your desktop?" completely covering my presentation. Since you don't seem to want to provide a way to disable those popups (which I do find useful) at least make them honor your own Presentation Mode.

Hello,
thank you for reporting this issue. I hope we will fix it in nearest release. Also we will thank about the option to disable tools suggestion dialogues.
