My Windows 10 virtual machine cannot boot, and I must preserve all installed applications and personal files. Please do not reset or reinstall Windows.

- Initial error: Automatic Repair loop
- Blue-screen stop code: 0xc000021a
- Later recovery error: 0xc0000001
- CHKDSK found no file-system errors
- Offline SFC found multiple corrupted system files and could not repair them because the component-store copies are also corrupted
- DISM RestoreHealth failed with 0x800f081f
- DISM RevertPendingActions and cumulative-update removal failed with 0x800f082f
- Boot files were successfully recreated with BCDBOOT, but Windows still does not start
- The official Windows 10 22H2 ISO is older than the installed build and could not be used as a matching repair source
- There is no Parallels snapshot or usable Time Machine backup
- I have already created a separate copy of the current virtual machine
