Since you have only Parallels Desktop 17 and 18 permanent licenses, you will not be able to activate newer versions of Parallels Desktop with these licenses.

I understand you may be busy, but could you kindly let me know if it is difficult to resolve this issue?

I would also like to share some additional information with you:

• I have already tried reinstalling the software, but it did not fix the problem.
  
  
• Interestingly, the version 17 license key (which is rejected when trying to activate version 26) successfully activates if I install the older version (Parallels Desktop 17).

I would appreciate any updates or guidance you can provide.
