Please help me activate on my new mac

hello i have a new macbok air and need to transfer my license to it. I already wiped out and traded in my old mac to best buy and therefore I can't de activate parallels upload_2026-5-30_14-22-37.png

I have the same problem: we own a few old licenses and can't use anymore the Macs were the are installed. Could you please reset the activation limit four ou licenses please?

I have a valid parallel license for Parallels Desktop 17 Standard Edition.
I recently moved from my m1 Mac to a new Intel M1 Pro . On the old Mac I signed out of Parallels Desktop, but when I try to activate the license on the new Mac I receive the following message:
"This license has reached the activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."
Could a Parallels representative please reset the activation count for my license?
For security reasons, I prefer to send my license key via private message.
