Please Cancel and Refund (Partial or Full)! I Do Not Authorize Yearly Autorenewal

    Hi There!

    I got charged $119 in my AMEX 4 days ago for 1 year renewal of Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition. I do not need to continue this service, my employer do not allow Mac user to add this service, I can simply put the money to better use rather than paying for something that I do not need. After dealing with multiple source of forms, chat bots, etc... this is the dissapointment response I received this morning from your customer service. When we - as paying customer said that we do not need the service anymore and want refund, why don't you guys do so ? Why is it so difficult to at least give me the partial refund as I no longer needing the service ?

    "This is a subscription product that automatically renews after the initial subscription duration.
    The next payment of $119.99 is due on 4/9/2026. You may cancel your subscription at any time effective at the end of the current subscription term."

    YES - I still have the concern that you don't even think about us as customer!!! My employer doesn't allow me to use the apps on my laptop and I DO NOT AUTHORIZE THE AUTO RENEWAL - HENCE, I SEND MESSAGES YOU GUYS MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT PARTIAL OR FULL REFUND. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. AS I DO NOT NEED TO SERVICE - AND YOU GUYS DO NOT SHOW ANY GOOD INTENTION OR UNDERSTANDING AND SERVICE. WHAT A SCAMM!!! BUYER BEWARE !!!
