Playstation controller not working after update to 15.4

It was working great before the Mac update. Now Steam on my Mac will pick the controller up and show which buttons are being pressed, but Steam on Windows doesn't register any button presses. I've restarted the VM a lot trying different things and one time the D-Pad worked but not the buttons, so does Parallels need to patch this to work with 15.4?
 
Through many restarts of my Mac and VM and changes to the Steam controller settings/buttons mappings, most of the time Windows is not picking up any button presses at all. It worked without any configuration before I updated my Mac so it's very frustrating
