Ping working but browser cannot connect to internet

Hi, I've M3 Max with latest parallels software. So far everything is working but now suddenly I cannot access any website on the browser. I tried on IE as well as in Chrome. However, ping on the command prompt to any site is working fine. I can also run some apps that requires internet access works fine too.

Any idea?

For us to further investigate the issue, kindly provide us with the following information:
1. Screenshot of your ping commands.
2. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.

I have exactly the same problem with the network in bridged mode. In shared mode my UDP messages go missing. In bridged mode I get the UDP messages but the web browser has no access to the internet even though ping works.
