Photoshop CS4 in a guest system with MacOS 10.6 Server

On my iMac I have installed with Parallels 6 a guest system running MacOS Snow Leopard Server (testing it before changing to Lion). In this guest system I have installed Photoshop CS4 in order to use my old PPC Photoshop Plugins after the changing to OS Lion. There is only one big problem:

Photoshop CS4 does not work correct. All the tools in the tool bar of Photoshop CS4 on the left side are not working or they are working in a very strange behavior.

Does anybody know wether Photoshop does not work in a virtual machine. I asked Adobe but they only told me that their software is not made for using in an virtual surrounding.

hello turner1948... just wondering if you found a solution to this problem?? I have the same problems with cs4 on snow leopard server.
It's is becoming a nightmare.
