已经安装和购买了PD17,以及正版win11（购买了秘钥并激活），但是在下载软件时仍旧提示无法访问电脑磁盘。
网络是通的，设置了共享网络，可以正常上网。
在隐私设置中已经打开了所有PD17的权限，但依然没有解决问题。请问应该怎么办？
