Until "upgrading" to PD13 I was able to type German umlauts in Windows 7 by typing "¨" followed by e.g. u in order to get the desired letter (which I cannot post here as this results in a "English only" notification when trying to post!). This is no longer possible and results in "¨u"! How can German umlauts be typed now? Switching the Win7 keyboard layout to German is not an option.
