PD 16+ Isn't really ready for Big Sur - Upgrade to Big Sur 11.1 from 11.0.1 Frozen Boot

PD 16+ Isn't really ready for Big Sur - Upgrade to Big Sur 11.1 from 11.0.1 results in a Frozen Boot for the upgraded VM.
 
To upgrade a VM from 11.0.1 to 11.1 I need to 'Stop' the VM two or three times. It just gets stuck somewhere, and I need to 'Stop' it. Really looking forward to the next release...
 
I just upgraded to Big Sur 11.1 and now Paralls is telling me "Unable to connect Hard Disk 1". Also after force-quitting Parralles, when I try to restart it it says "Suspended" rather than starting fresh. Any suggestions?
 
I've not had any issues myself. I always shut down my VMs between uses. When I upgrade the MacOS I always make sure that all VMs are shut down.
