Path of Exile Blurry Graphics

Hi All,

I'm currently trialing parallels due to the claim that you can play (some) games with it.

I'm trying to get PoE up and running, I have it installed and can get into the game and play, however the graphics are extremely blurry.

I've tried messing around with various resolutions (it actually gets worse on lower ones) and disabling vsync in the game.

Does anyone have this game running and can share their settings?

I'm on a 2019 iMAC 27"
16GB Memory
Radeon Pro 580X 8GB
