Parralels Acess - Low Frames on browser access

Hello! I am currently trying the free trial of parallels access. I love the program and how it works, but when accessing the remote computer from my browser there are very low frames in applications. I know this is not an issue with the remote computer. I cannot find any tutorials on how to access the settings menu to change the frame rate on the browser version of this program.
 
Accessing my Mac Mini m1 from my windows PC using webbrowser (Chrome) is extremely slow. The frame update is so slooowww that it is not usable. This is in a LAN.
From my Android phone, everything is quick and smooth.
I was expecting a performance similar to TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Is there a specific Windows client I can install to connect to my Mac?
What gives? Any help.
 
Yeah thats like exactly what I was saying this has kinda been a scam to be honest I'm so glad I didnt buy it >.<
