parallels transporter agent - move WIN installation from a other PC

I have installed parallels 20 on a Macbook Air and windows 11 at the same time. Now I wanted to use the parallels transporter agent to transfer a second windows installation to parallels but that doesn't work. I can only choose from image file or download Windows 11
