Parallels tools installation crashes at 60 % after Win 10 pro Update today

After the update today Parallels tools installation crashes at 60 %. The Shared Windows Apps doesn't work anymore, the Parallels Application folder isn't rebuild anymore. What can I do?
Windows Version is 10 pro 1903
