Parallels Toolbox won't download

When i click install it shows downloading and then just goes back to the install button.

Thank you for your feedback.
Please note that this is a known issue and it will be addressed in the next update of Parallels Desktop.
As a workaround, please use the link below to download Parallels Toolbox manually by clicking on "Try Free" option:
https://www.parallels.com/products/toolbox/
