Hello; the script: Menu->Actions->Install Parallels Tools is not working on a newly created virtual machine running Debian 13, created from an ISO image for the arm64 architecture. Has anyone had a similar problem? I installed the necessary functions manually, after copying the contents of the 'Tools' disc to the 'Debian' drive, because the native install.sh script does not work (even from a folder on the Debian drive with the correct permissions) - it stops at 90%... It would be nice, though, if the native Parallels script worked properly. Best regards; Franek
If you've installed Debian 12.11 arm64 with Parallels Tools and then upgrade to Debian 13 Trixie, your Debian instance will no longer start. If you install Debian 13 arm64 in your Parallels environment, you won't be able to install Parallels Tools either. Is there already a guide on how to install Parallels Tools on Trixie (Debian 13), or has Parallels already released an update regarding this? I've tried just about everything and completely wrecked my Debian environment.
