Parallels Toolbox install in Windows VM (Win10 or Win11) - breaks fonts in dialogs

HI,
Using the latest version of Parallels on Intel iMac under macOS Sonoma 14.4.1
Windows loses its dialog fonts - from start menus, file explorer, not navigable.
How can I uninstall the Toolbox?
Have you seen this before?
What can I do?
