Parallels Toolbox Hide Menu Icons will not authorize

When you try to use Hide Menu Icons the first time it requires 2 authorizations, as shown at left in the attached figure. Authorization of the "Screen Recording" part worked fine, but as can be seen in the attached figure, authorization for the "Accessibility" part did not work. I tried many things after authorizing in the usual way: Quitting and restarting Toolbox, restarting the computer, nothing works. It never authorizes.

Hello @OurO, We have recently released Parallels Toolbox 5.5 version. We are requesting you to update to this latest build and check if the issue is resolved, instead of downgrading?. Thanks
 
I unchecked the Toolbox preference "Disable automatic updates" and then upgraded to Toolbox Version 5.5.0 (4407). Hide Icons continued to work.

I did not go through the initial install process which is where the problem occurred. No doubt someone will mention it if that doesn't work.
