Parallels Toolbox: Download Video tool only downloading first 4sec of video

Hello, I'm trying to download the videos from these sites:

• https://kitchener.ctvnews.ca/video?clipId=2115515&jwsource=cl
  
• https://kitchener.ctvnews.ca/strong...erence-during-the-covid-19-pandemic-1.5234897
  
• https://kitchener.ctvnews.ca/ex-amb...eople-to-covid-19-assessment-centre-1.4950167

However whenever I use the Download Video tool, and paste the link into it, I see the video is found and starts to download. I then see it downloading ~10MB-30MB. However when the video is done downloading the file size is ~800Kb and the video itself which should be a few minutes, is only 4sec then cuts off.
I've attached a screenshot of my settings.

• Preferred Quality: Max
• For non-MP4 video: Download without conversion

Mac OS: 10.15.7
Toolbox Version: Version 4.1.1 (3698)

Any help that can be provided would be greatly appreciated!

Not days, that's for sure. I can't promise timeline unfortunately.
