Parallels tool installation black screen on 60% and froze OS

Hi guys, i need an help.
So, i've updated on parallels 15 and on restart windows 10, automatically install parallels tools, but on 60% of this installation the screen came black and the os froze.
My report id: 324733462

I can't do nothing to resolve, i've tried Reset but nothing, the issue remain.
Any help ?
 
I had the same problem, I switched the hypervisor from "Apple" to "Parallels" and was able to complete the tools upgrade.
I previously changed the hypervisor to due to massive performance issues (vs2019 painfully slow), however I was able to switch the hypervisor back to "Apple" after upgrading the tools.
