I guess I can add myself to this list. I too have a macbook pro, 2.4ghz, 2gb ram.
Running Leopard and Vista, both completely updated. Vista is really slow. Wierd thing is, I only recently upgraded to Leopard, prior to this, my tiger install ran Parallels fine. Even the 5584 release runs fine on tiger.
I think this is an issue that parallels has with leopard. Maybe something to do with a specific macbook pro driver.
