Parallels spying?

Just found this: ~/Library/Logs/Parallels/Problem Reports/PrlProblemReportHostScreen-2017.12.15-08.13.26.290.png
Opened it and discovered that it is the screenshot of my whole screen. Did parallels sent it somewhere? Why is it spying? Do you understand it's illegal? What is this at all?

Hi @ViktorR , do you have Parallels Toolbox installed on Mac or Windows?

No, just a fresh copy of Parallels 13 I purchased a month ago. And I cannot run windos at all due to "invalid blocksize" error I mentioned in the next thread
