Hello, I think I'm having similar problems to others in this string. I'm attempting to activate an older license for Parallels Desktop for Mac version 10 after a hard drive switch and I'm not getting any response from either "[email protected]" or "https://activatepd.parallels.com." Parallels staff members should be able to verify the license in "My Account." Thanks.

Already replied a couple of hours ago. Can you please unlock my license? Have a pending job to deliver depending on this.
Parallels should have an option to deactivate license on old Mac so this would be easily avoidable.
Don't understand why that is not implemented.

IS there any chance of leaving feedback so users can manage this license activation?
It would be excellent to have a way of deactivating the license when selling an older Mac, so the license could be free to use in the new Mac.
The way it is now it's too cumbersome, and it takes too much time.
