Parallels license after hardware replacement

Hi everyone,
I got replaced the motherboard of my iMac. Thus I could not disconnect from my "old" Mac so now I'm having trouble when trying to access again my Parallels Desktop. It says that the license key has been already used. What can I do?

Hi, I cannot find Parallels Desktop key in your account.
