Parallels is stuck with a spinning wheel and does nothing

Can anyone help me with this problem. I started using Parallels some few weeks ago. It worked fine till today. Parallels is stuck with a spinning wheel and does nothing. I am using parallels on 17 on the Apple M1 chip. Please help me.

Hello!
In this case, we advise you to take a snapshot of the virtual machine (Actions > Take snapshot) to stay on the safe side first. Reset the virtual machine then (Actions > Reset).
