Parallels for M1 macs. share host folder in VM and manage snapshots.

Hi, I've just installed the Parallels version for M1 Macs.

I'd like to share my home directory from the host machine, in my virtual machine.
Furthermore, I wish to save and restore snapshots in my VM.

I've read some guidelines and this option is available in older version of parallels (probably for Intel based Macs)
Now using version 18 (currently under trial) and would appreciate if anybody can tell me if those options exists, and if yes, how do I use them ?
