As I could not use the support tool provided on the website due to the problem explained below (you need a key for support, but I can`t get a key), I`ll give it a try here. Apologizes if it seems of topic or wrong thread, please let me know the right place to ask this question.

My mac is an older model Pro 1.1. It has been upgraded over time with extra ram, more diskcapacity, etc, etc. It still works very well under Lion, and upgrading to Mountain Lion is not possible. Sometimes I need Windows and on that occasion I just use my machine at work which has parallels installed. For me, it`s a good solution: the alternative is Bootcamp but that is to complicated/demanding/risky on my own machine. I`ve downloaded your version 9 but when I try to get a trial key it gives an error (see attach). Maybe someone can help? If it works, I`m considering buying parallels.

ps. I`ve an open and working internetconnection, turned all adblockers and antivirus and the like off but to no avail.
