Parallels Desktop 27: Can the "Starting…" window be turned off?

**Setup:** Parallels Desktop 27.1.0 (58756), macOS 27.2 on Apple silicon, Windows 11 on Arm (build 26300.9818) in Coherence mode. Windows applications are shared to the Mac and launched from the Dock.

**What happens:** since Parallels Desktop 27, launching a Windows application from its Dock icon first shows a small window. It holds the application's icon, its name, a progress bar and "Starting…". It closes about 0.35 seconds later, when the application appears. I never saw this window before Parallels Desktop 27.

**What I found:**
- The release notes for 27.0.1 (KB 131168) say: "Fixed: The "Starting…" window for a shared Windows application (e.g., Microsoft Excel) would remain on screen after the application had already launched in Coherence mode."
- In the thread "Excel "Starting..." window never closes" (370658), a user described it on 26 August as "this new pop-up window".
- I found no setting for it in Preferences, in the virtual machine's configuration, in Parallels' Mac preferences or in Parallels' registry keys in Windows.
- It is still there after updating to 27.1.0.

**Questions:**
1. Was this window introduced in version 27 and, if not, when was it introduced?
2. Is there a setting, visible or hidden, to turn it off?
