Parallels desktop 27 and macs with the N2 networking chip works better than PD 26 but not well

One of the things preventing me from fully using parallels on my macbook pro m5 max system was that I could not bridge via the wifi adapter. The first thing I tested when i installed the new PD 27 release today was if the problem was fixed. It has but only partially. My windows VM does gets the ipv6 addresses it's supposed to get but its unable to get a dhcp assigned ipv4 address:

f I set a static ipv4 address then i can use ipv4 so its very close to working.
infact if I change wifi networks while this windows vm is running it somethimes get a ipv4 dhcp address but when it does the mac does not and ends up with a self assigned ipv4 address. dhcpv6 does not have this problem
