User since 2018.
My subscription is paid and runs until 09/2027, and my Parallels account page shows it as active. But the app itself does not work:
• Parallels Desktop 27.0.3 (58680) on macOS 27.0.1, Apple Silicon (Mac14,15)
• Help > About says "This copy of Parallels Desktop is currently not active."
• The "Account & License..." button is greyed out, so I can't sign in or enter a key
• On launch it shows "Starting" and then quits. There is no crash report for the main app.
• The only crash in Console is from the ParallelsIM input method helper: "-[_IMKServerLegacy initWithName:bundleIdentifier:]: unrecognized selector" (ParallelsIM 7.0.5)
What I've already tried: restarting the Mac, signing out and in, uninstalling and reinstalling, Full Disk Access is enabled, quitting all Parallels processes in Activity Monitor, and checking the network. No update is available.
I've also contacted Support but haven't had a reply yet. Has anyone seen this on macOS 27, or found a way to activate without the Account & License window? Thanks.
