Hello, I moved Parallels Desktop 18 from one Intel-based MacBook to another Intel-based MacBook. I followed the instructions provided in Parallels KB article 123461 ("Move Parallels Desktop to a new Mac"). I also signed out of Parallels on my old MacBook, but I am still unable to activate my existing license key on the new MacBook. Could you please reset the activation count for my license or remove the activation associated with my old MacBook so that I can activate Parallels Desktop 18 on my new MacBook?
