as stated i am using a Parallels 15 Desktop 15 Pro on an MBP 16 with Catalina (10.15.3) as host and a Catalina (10.15.3) as guest.

I first recognized problems with the Chrome UI (bars and tabs), which i was able to fix by turning of Chrome´s hardware acceleration.
Unfortunately i discovered similar problems, e.g. in Skype, where several dialogs did not display their elements all or displayed them partially and in a manner only.
