Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac - Retina with Windows 10

I actually ran into the same situation a while back when trying Parallels Desktop 13 on my Mac Retina with Windows 10. At first, I thought something was wrong with my setup, but after some trial and error I managed to get it working smoothly.
