Parallels desktop 10: "You have reached the maximum number of activations available"

    Hi, I have too this activation limit message while installing Parallels 10. Could you please reset my license?

    We have reset the activation key. Please follow the instructions below:
    1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
    2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online

    Note: Parallels Desktop 10 is not compatible with Sierra or newer macOS X versions.

    Hey,

    I have the same problem.
    I can't do anything the kb says I should click "activate this Mac" but there is not such a button.
    Running Parallels 8 - it is not installed on any Mac..
    Must be a bug please help

    I have the same issue with my Parallels 10 activation.
    Paralles is not currently installed on any of my macs.

    Is it possible to reset my activation key?

    I have the same issue to activate my Parallels 10 and I do not have any Paralllels installed in any of my Macs.
    Can you please help to reset my activation key?

    You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Please purchase a new product license.

    please can you activate my account so that i can transfer my license to my new laptop, my previous one was stolen

    hi, it still does not work and I get the same error message. please can you remove all access to my key for version 10 so that i can use the purchased key.

    ok im on sierra high, you cant just discontinue my license without my consent, please provide me the paying client with a solution

    You have misunderstood, your license is not discontinued/deactivated it can be still used on compatible macOS. If you want to use Parallels Desktop 10, you can downgrade macOS X.

    "Please check the issue" yet I am stil getting the error message. Can your team remove the prior machine from the license as I exceeded the registration of one (1) by transferring this to a machine that works.
