Parallels desktop 10: "You have reached the maximum number of activations available"

Hi,
I uninstalled Parallels 10 from my old macbook pro and after installing it on my new one, I got this message: "You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key. Please purchase a new product license."
Of course I am not going to purchase it again.
What can be done?

My macbook died and I had to have it replaced. I am getting the message
"You have reached the maximum number of activations available"

Please reset my key so that I can activate it on my new macbook.

Hello Stephanie3, We have reset the Parallels Desktop license key. kindly try to activate it. If the issue still persists, please execute the following command with Terminal < prlsrvctl activate-license-online >.

Could you reset my Parallels Desktop licence key? I changed computer and uninstalled from old one. but it shows "You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key. Please purchase a new product license."
