Parallels asks to login/register each time I start it

Hi

I have bought parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition. Very often, I am asked to login again when resuming winodws ("Sign in to parallels account"). This is extremely annoying, what causes this?

In addition, in the Parallels help portal, I am unable to register my license key. When I register it, nothing happens.

This is NOT what I expect from software that costs 100$ a year!
