Parallels 9 with Win7 virtual - Yosemite upgrade causing screen momentary flickering/black

Bit poster
My system:
- MacBook Pro, mid-2009, 17"
- Yosemite (10.10 (14A389)) and have Parallels 9 (Build 9.0.24251 (Revision 1052177; Thursday, August 28, 2014))
- Windows 7 virtual

Issue:
- After the upgrade I am finding momentary blackout flickers on the virtual while working in it
- They come and go and are not consistent
- I did not have 3D Acceleration enabled and have latest version of Parallels 9 from what I can see
- This did not happen before upgrading to Yosemite

I hope this is an issue that is going to be fixed asap.
