Parallels 9- Can't get trial version

Getting a trial key but email greyed out.

Hi, I've just downloaded Parallels 9 for my Mac and I'm trying to get the trial key..

On the software I've signed in, then it shows the activation key input. since i don't have the activation key, I selected the 'Get Trial' tab which brought me to 'Request a trial key'... I've inputted my name, the email was greyed out with my email already inputted and the country.. After I've filled that out and selected 'Get trial', it prompts with a Red exclamation mark next to the greyed out area. any ideas on how i go about this small problem?

I've been trying to install the trial version the while dayand havent succeded. The system keeps on requesting the activation key which I dont know. Does anybody know how can i get tis key for trial purposes?
