parallels 6 windows xp crash

I've tried a couple of times to upgrade to parallels 6, however each time (this weekend and last weekend), windows kept rebooting with an "attempting to execute non-executable memory" error).

My XP is totally updated as is my Mac Laptop (10.6.4)

Any ideas?

Same problem with XP crashes after Parallels 6 upgrade

Exact same problem - I'm really mad I upgraded. Parallels 5 was solid.
