Parallels 4 won't update to new version

I just installed Parallels 4 for the first time. When I run the Updater, it downloads, acts like the downloaded file is going to run, but then the Updater just disappears without updating. Any ideas on how to get the updater to follow through with an install?

I have the same problem.

Although I've been running Parallels 4 for some time. I just can get the latest update to run at all?
