Parallels 19 on macos Sonoma bad

My report number is 449829846 - These are screenshots of my installation process trying to install Windows 11 Pro via Parallels on a Mac Studio M1 running Sonoma. Every time the installation stalls at the window "Lets Connect you to the Network"

Hello,
We have created a case to further assist you.

Thank you.

My shared networking is now totally dead also.

It had been working so either an update to Parallels, Version 19.3.0 (54924), or macOS Sonoma (now at 14.3.1) killed it.
I have an open ticket and sent technical details. This is very frustrating for subscription software, especially reading the forum and seeing how long this has been an issue. This may be the end of Parallels for me.

As a test, I tried installing the bundled Ubuntu installer. I can't get past the networking step.

I was already on Parallels 19 and Ventura and Shared Networking was working perfectly. The moment I upgraded to Sonoma, it broke, and has remained broken ever since.

So, it looks like something in Sonoma became incompatible with Parallels 19 or vice-versa (and all v19 patches since). What's incredible is that looking at this thread, Parallels Support keeps asking for logs and crap OVER AND OVER, when SURELY they can just install Parallels 19 on a Mac with Sonama and SEE FOR THEMSELVES that it doesn't work... right??

I'm also having continual issues with networking for my Ubuntu 22.04 VM running Parallels v19.3.0 on Mac OS 13.6.2.
