Parallels 16-Shortcut->Virtual Machines allways pass ALT to Windows if i use the schorcut with ALT

I want keypress shortcuts to windows 10 from [COMMAND + OPTION + ARROW LEFT/RIGHT] to [
CTRL + PAGE UP/DOWN

].
but i got [CTRL + ALT + PAGE UP/DOWN] from windwos.
I found that as when I press [ALT +Any Keys] shortcuts from Mac then Windows will trigger [ALT] but [ALT] it's not my target.
