Parallels 16 breaks Windows VMS don't upgrade.

I upgraded to Parallels 16 and now my Windows VMs don't show correctly when connecting to them via RDP.
Parallels tools are up to date and I have rebooted.

1st without boot flag and 2nd with boot flag.

I was able to get this to work.
Will this be fixed so I don't have to enable this on all Windows VMS with RDP?
