Parallels 16.1.0 Extremely slow - Windows (10) cannot access \\Mac\Home\Desktop"

Updated to 16.1.0 and still receive "Windows cannot access \\Mac\Home\Desktop" when starting parallels!!! Windows starts extremely slow. I only use Parallels for Quickbooks 2020. That's it period. Quickbooks is extremely slow!

Hello, did you reinstall Parallels Tools and check the issue?
Also please reproduce the issue and collect the tech repot right after that and post the report's ID here.

I have a product key from my Parallels upgrade purchase made in Aug 2020, which i entered to activate Parallels Tool. Parallels tools states Product Key is already activated,, so why isn't it working?

I purchased most recent Tool Box. Lots of Apps but none that looks to be a troubleshooting option.

Parallels Tools is a component of Parallels Desktop application.
Please check this KB article in order to reinstall Parallels Tools.
